# Official EU guarantee notice artwork

These 24 colour SVGs are unchanged files from the Commission's [official download page](https://commission.europa.eu/publications/practical-guidelines-and-high-resolution-vector-files-eu-notice-and-label-product-guarantees_en), retrieved 19 October 2026. The manifest records archive and individual-file hashes, original filenames and PDF text provenance. The text alternatives were extracted from page 1 of the corresponding official two-page colour/black-and-white PDF; English line wraps were reflowed without changing words; other extraction retains source line breaks. These alternatives have not received independent linguistic review. No artwork elements or colours have been changed.

The graphics are prescribed by [Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960, Annex I](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2025/1960/oj), with use described in the Commission's April 2026 practical guide. Their regulatory use conditions remain applicable. They are not Notabenda branding and are not relicensed under Apache-2.0.

The [Commission's reuse notice](https://commission.europa.eu/legal-notice_en) generally applies CC BY 4.0 to EU-owned website content unless otherwise indicated, while excluding certain logos, names and third-party rights. This package does not grant additional rights in those elements or imply EU endorsement. Keep attribution and source/use references with redistributed assets; retain this notice with the package.

The downloaded SVGs contain colour values that differ from the reference HEX values printed in the regulation. The package preserves the official source files rather than silently recolouring them. Source-file integrity does not establish statutory design conformity; this discrepancy requires independent review before a production compliance claim. The implementation remains partial and legally unreviewed.
